Hello! We are Nokoshimono Project.
We are here to save the everyday items, such as house appliances, dishes, decorations, etc, from previous exchange students by passing them down to YOU. We named those waste "Nokoshimono".
In fact, neither Facebook Marketplace nor Wallapop isn't a thing in Japan.
Besides, as is often the case with exchange programs, it's inevitable to discard useful everyday items when they leave.
You don't want to spend money to buy something that you'll be using only for a year (or even less).
To remedy this situation, we found "Nokoshmono's Host family" who will keep previous exchange students' "Nokoshimono" until your arrival!
We did crowdfunding to compensate for the shipping fee, so you’ll receive previous students' “Nokoshimono” for free!
It will be delivered as a cardboard box to your house, then you can choose what you use and what you discard (or even sell if you want!).
